ABOUT US
Electrical Educator was born out of a need to educate homeowners, business owners, and the general public about many basics of common electrical problems and components to save money, time, and aggravation. I’ve fielded thousands of calls over the years as a master electrician and have been putting together articles and videos to help those outside of the industry understand principles and concepts that can save them a visit and service call from an electrician.
I see a need for the public to understand the tedious and intellectual journey of becoming an electrical contractor and the importance of hiring a licensed electrical contractor when needed rather than a handy man or general contractor who claims they “can do it.”
You’ll find articles in various categories that are designed to help homeowners, electricians, future electricians, industry insiders, and anyone else who has a remote interest in understanding frequently visited components and topics of the electrical industry.
Electrical Educator is a combination of my passion for writing, educating, and working each day as a master electrician. It is one half of a larger project I have been putting together called Electrical Registry. Over the past 3 years I have tediously put together a list of licensed and insured electricians throughout the United States. My goal is to help homeowners and consumers find legitimate companies to create lasting relationships that will benefit both in the short and long term.
I’m genuinely grateful for your visit to this site and for taking the time to read through this page and any others. I hope I have created value for you.
Thank you,
Mike
